About Doreen Caesar

Doreen is an Advanced Specialist Physiotherapist with Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Doreen is also an Associate lecturer with University of Northampton MSc Physiotherapy pre-registration programme and a Doctor of Professional Studies student.

As the immediate past Chair of the CSP BAME Network and an Equality rep at the workplace, Doreen has seen so many issues of inequalities affecting both patients and colleagues. This motivates Doreen to advocate for equity diversity and belonging in the workplace for both patients and colleagues.
