Anthony Gilbert currently works within the Therapies Department, at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust, as a Research Physiotherapist. Anthony is Chair of the Association of Trauma & Orthopaedic Chartered Physiotherapists (ATOCP), the CSP Professional Network for Trauma and Orthopaedics. . Anthony is currently on an NIHR funded Clinical Doctoral Research Fellowship and his PhD project is investigating patient preferences for SKYPE consultations within specialist orthopaedic physiotherapy. The project title is 'Care in Orthopaedics, burdeN of treatmeNt and the Effectiveness of Communication Technology: the CONNECT Project'.
