APPN Spinal Study Day

We are excited to announce the APPN SpinalStudy Day, specifically designed for AdvancedPractitioners who are looking to improve theirknowledge and awareness of spinal conditionsalong with management, pathways andrehabilitation. ​

Tuesday 12th August 10am - 4pm

The final program is still being arranged however, we have confirmed talks on;

• Local and national pathways and the importance of the networks
• Frailty
• Axial Spondyloarthropathy
• Prehabilitation and the importance of exercise
• An introduction to spinal magnetic resonance imaging
• Common spinal neurosurgical conditions
• Spinal metastases and the new guidance

Additionally, we will be hosting an interactive Quick-fire presentations round giving you, the members, the opportunity to share any exciting service developments, examples of good practice and/or early career research projects. If you are interested in presenting, please send a short expression of interest statement, detailing what you’d like to present, to the APPN via: appn-physio@outlook.com – the best 5 EOIs will be selected and those participants will receive a free place on the study day.
